It has good acceleration and takes hills with minimal strain on the engine

It has ample usable space for normal family cargo needs.

Fuel Economy
It has the worst fuel economy out of all four SUV's I've owned over the last 20 years. Short trips are the worst getting barely 11-13 mpg.
Reliability
Within the first three months of purchase, I've already replaced a front headlight and the camshaft sensor totaling over $600 in unexpected costs.
Technology and Entertainment
The un-intuitive array of touchscreen options requires one to read the voluminous owner's guide. Also, connecting to the Kia mobile app is worthless. Attempting to access its features presents a modal stating "This feature not supported by vehicle".

it’s always helpful to have extra space when you’re traveling and have to pack up the car
CONS
Power
I had the car for less than 3 months and it had a muffler leak and made it difficult to get the car to perform after accelerating from a stopped position or when going uphill
Visibility
the passenger taillight was cracked, packed with water dirt and debris. Haf I not noticed, they would’ve never replaced it. I had to take it back twice because they ordered the wrong part the first time. I didn’t even get to see the finished product ( replaced lense on passenger taillight) because now there’s an oil leak - they’ve had my car for close to a month and now it seems it needs a whole new engine!!!!!
