Mercedes USA has offered no assistance regarding the current inoperable car that I own, despite the fact that they are very well aware of the engine issues that the C class and the GLE are currently experiencing. The Service diagnostic states the car timing chain jumped and resulted in catastrophic failure. Buyers beware, check on any Mercedes with 2.0-liter inline-4 turbocharged gasoline engine.
