I was told the car was serviced. fluids changed, complete inspection. however upon taking it to 3 rd party to get oil changed, THEY noticed the motor mounts were broken. furthermore the trans fluid and oil were apparently dirty. nothing was serviced, I had to pay out of pocket to have the car addressed because honesty is something you don’t practice. oh and I took it back and you replaced the motor mounts. I had this same experience with the Honda pilot I bought from you and traded into your dealership. thanks

jerks everytime I take off too small and the worst part is the you have to manually pump and pull the seat to adjust why in the hell would Mercedes ever do that? I can’t wait to trade it!!☹️
