It's a Mini that happens to be electirc.

A perfect commuter and city runabout for not a lot of money. Nicer that it should be for the price. Range is not an issue for a daily commute with charging at home or at work.

Pros

  • Power: This has way more power than most small, low-range EVs, which definitely sets it apart from the others.
  • Value: Cheap to insure, cheap to maintain, and nicer than other EVs costing the same money.
  • RideHandling: It's extremely light for an EV, low, and small. It loves corners, but doesn't have a harsh ride.

Cons

  • TechnologyEntertainment: The HVAC has a mind of its own. No sync of the dual zone temperature control (why in a car so small? Doesn't remember last settings sometimes.
  • InteriorSpace: Not a huge con, just something to be aware of. It's a tiny car.
  • Braking: Regen lacks a blended pedal option, so you're using the regular brakes if you don't like one pedal driving.
