2022 Audi RS7 review

1. It's fast 

You might not expect a 4,800-pound luxury sedan to have sports car levels of performance. However, the 2022 RS7 will make the trip to 60 mph in a scant 3.3 seconds (according to the manufacturer, when new). That means in the time it took you to read this, the RS7 would go from a full standstill up to highway speed. So yeah, it's fast. Very fast.  

2. It rides well too 

Choosing just the right luxury sedan can be a challenge — do you go for speed or comfort? Well, the 2022 RS7 has both in spades. In addition to its acceleration, the RS7 has standard adaptive air suspension. That allows you to dial in just the right amount of ride stiffness for your daily commute or road trip. Look out for the optional dynamic ride control for additional levels of customization, allowing you to tailor the 2022 RS7 to fit your individual needs. 

3. Loads of standard tech 

Slide into the supple leather seat and you'll be greeted with a host of the latest technology at your fingertips. The 2022 RS7 has standard Android Auto^™ and wireless Apple CarPlay^® smartphone connectivity, Audi's cool digital cockpit driver display, a dual touchscreen display setup with a 10.1-inch screen on top, and an 8.6-inch lower screen with navigation. For your driving enjoyment, you'll also get a great Bang & Olufsen^® audio system and driver aids like lane departure warning and forward collision mitigation.  

4. Luxury to the max 

The RS7 delivers on the comfort and convenience features with standard stuff like full leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front sports seats, four-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. You'll also find tons of great optional extras to consider like upgraded leather seating, massaging front seats, heated rear seats, and even soft-close doors. There is no shortage of standard and optional comfort options in the 2022 RS7.  

5. Surprisingly roomy 

The RS7 looks fantastic, but that fastback design also adds a great level of practicality. Open the power hatchback and you'll find 24.6 cu-ft of cargo space with all the seats in place. Add in seating for five with 37 inches of rear legroom and you've got the ultimate long-distance road trip vehicle.
