The i4 has an 80.7-kWh battery pack, meaning the 2022 i4 eDrive40 (with 18-inch wheels) offers a great range with an EPA-estimated 300 miles on a full charge, while the M50 variant (with 19-inch wheels) delivers an EPA-estimated 270-mile range on a full charge.

The 2022 i4's cabin is richly appointed with standard five-passenger seating, synthetic leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, and a sunroof. Similar in size to the 4 Series Gran Coupe, the BMW i4 is also roomy with 112.4 inches between the front and rear wheels, resulting in 41.5 inches of front-seat legroom. Additionally, the seats in this EV are supportive and offer a range of adjustments, making the i4 suitable for road trips or long commutes.
