The Overland 4xe trim is a smart choice if you're more interested in improving interior and exterior amenities. The Summit 4xe trim is smart if top-of-the-line style and detailing are your main priorities. And finally, the Anniversary trim is for those keen on heritage, as Jeep celebrated three decades of the Grand Cherokee last year. 

2. Hybrid powertrain 

It was once unthinkable to imagine a midsized hybrid SUV. Not anymore. The 2L 375-horsepower four-cylinder engine on the Cherokee 4xe sports a 14 kWh lithium-ion battery, which when fully charged and topped up with a full tank, can travel an EPA-estimated 440 miles — in electric-only mode the Cherokee 4xe can travel an EPA-estimated 26 miles). 

3. Smart ruggedness 

On the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, the PHEV powertrain comes standard, along with available 4WD. To give you peace of mind, the Grand Cherokee 4xe comes with a suite of driver aids. Standard on all trims are lane departure warning, blindspot monitoring, and parking sensors. 5. Roomy inside 

As a midsized SUV, the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe also sports room for all your needs inside. There are five seats, with 38.2 inches of legroom in the back. In the rear, you'll find 37.7 cu-ft of trunk space with the seats in place, which jumps to 70.8 cu-ft with all the backseats folded. The trunk also comes standard with a power hatch and deck lid, which makes loading and stowing that precious cargo easy and secure.
