Customer Review Summary for Cadillac Luxury Vehicles
My best car ever!
2008 Cadillac CTSRobert Smith - Charlotte, NC10/02/2015
This car is the best all around car I have ever owned, especially the G.M. cars. This is my first Cadillac though. The quality is everywhere on this car, I just can't find much fault with it. It is very sporty yet elegant looking. Mine has all the options, except all wheel drive. The red paint is beautiful in combination with the black interior. This seats are firm but supportive. I initially had problems with the battery, which was new when I got the car. It would always go dead if the car sat in the garage for a day or two. I switched to an Optima red top battery a few months ago and no problems since. I like this car so much that I am sure I will keep this car a long time.
I previously owned the SRX 2010 with a 3 liter engine and it struggled to accelerate. The 2012 SRX has a 3.6 liter engine. What a difference ! Love this SRX, a pleasure to drive, many nice features and among the best looking cars around. It gets plenty of head turns. Heavy and solidly engineered and handles beautifully. Very happy with this Caddy!!
Great car, with some warts
2014 Cadillac ELRThom C - Houston, TX03/31/2017
* Totally quiet
* Zero vibration
* Top quality interior
* Drop-dead gorgeous exterior
* Good acceleration
* Good "gas mileage"
- CUE infotainment system
- Acceleration could be better
I bought the car because I wanted something "special" that I could use as a daily driver. The ELR meets or exceeds those requirements in almost every way.
I've had grand touring cars for almost my entire driving career and this one is the best.
The Cadillac CUE infotainment system is terrible. What it lacks in ergonomics and user-friendliness it more than makes up for in unreliability.
But all current Cadillacs are burdened with CUE... don't hold it against the ELR, a great car in every other way
There are cars that do the job, and there are cars that get the job done with style. The Cadillac CTS and Audi A6 are two examples of the latter. They’re the kind of cars you can treat yourself to as a reward for hard work, or perhaps as an indulgence. If you’re fortunate to shop for a car like this, it can be mighty hard to choose between the two. Here’s a CarMax comparison to help, whether you’re searching for a used Audi or a used Cadillac for sale.
The best luxury cars for 2018 shoppers offer you the style that turns heads. Check out this list of the 10 best luxury cars of 2018, based on CarMax sales data from November 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018.
They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
Lots of eager shoppers may be surprised to know that many of the features found on some of the latest 2018 vehicles are already available on newer used cars. Here’s a breakdown of some of these cool features.
