The 2017 Chevrolet Impala receives praise for its smooth ride, powerful V6 engine, and spacious interior. Technology features such as a large touch screen and heated seats are well-liked but seat comfort and visibility are criticisms. Reliability is mixed, with some reporting issues. Overall, the vehicle balances luxury features with practicality.
