The 2020 Ford Explorer excels in power, interior space, and advanced features like adaptive cruise control and massaging seats. However, transmission issues, inconsistent reliability, and cabin noise frequently frustrate owners. Mixed reviews on fuel economy and maintenance costs further reflect divided consumer sentiment.

Both our front seats have a plastic bracket that holds all the seat adjustment switches. these were supposed to be replaced after we bought our car, but we were never called for an appointment with the service team as promised by our salesman. we still want those brackets/panels fixed as promised.
