The 2015 Honda Odyssey boasts a spacious, family-friendly interior, smooth ride, and strong fuel economy. It combines comfort, handling, and reliability, with features like versatile seating and an optional built-in vacuum. Minor drawbacks include limited driver aids on lower trims, cabin noise, and average power delivery. Ideal for families seeking practicality and ease of use.
The Odyssey just gets better. Plenty of room, storage and amenities. I appreciated the no haggle pricing from Car Max and when we compared their prices with comparable vehicles at other dealers, they were competitive.

Plenty of room for 6, with options for 8.
A constant problem with Odysseys
Advertised economy is 28 MPG, but the best we've seen is 26. Of course, the EPA mileage is with an empy vehicle and a driver.
Transmission shifts roughly at around 20MPH. I read online that this is not uncommon for 2015 Odysseys and a software fix is coming out to repair it, but it is annoying.
I like a van as my daily driver. It's versatile and keeps my belongings out of sight and out of the weather. It can also seat people comfortably when needed. I think it's a much better solution than a pickup.
I love the room in a van. I can fit my bicycle inside without disassembly. I transport other equipment and it fits easily and is always out of the weather and securely locked inside. Window tinting keeps things mostly out of sight. I would be nice if the middle row could be folded into the floor like other vans, but I like having the spare in the floor too.
I find the Odyssey to be very quiet compared to others I have owned.
Ride is smooth and handling is predicable. I previously owned a 2000 Odyssey and this is noticeably bigger. Turning radius is amazingly tight, tighter than any of my other vehicles. This makes maneuvering very
Honda is definitely behind the times and there are no upgrades to bring it current.
Despite "Economy" mode, it must be driven very conservatively to get 20 MPG. I get 18 MPG most of the time.
Power is delayed and the van is not quick by any measurement. When fully loaded, it doesn't struggle but mileage degrades quickly. The van is heavy on it's own which contributes to its great ride and quiet interior, but you pay for it with acceleration and economy.
It fits our needs.
