'16 Tacoma TRD Sport

I live in a rural area in Northern California where the 4x4 Tacoma is not only fun for recreation, but also essential for reaching certain parts of the county. Plenty of cargo and towing capacity for my needs, plus plenty of aftermarket support

Pros

  • Cargo Space:

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: V6 is not the most fuel efficient when gas is $7/gal.

- Ryan Campadonia, 2016 Toyota Tacoma

Great car, horrible customer service

The vehicle itself is amazing. I purchased it at 34,000 miles and it's like a brand new car. No issues at all with the truck. The problem has been getting my license plates and tags. It's been around 4 months since I purchased the vehicle and they haven't been able to get me the plates. They wait so long to send a check that late fees are due. Rinse and repeat for the third time now.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: Has great fuel economy for a truck.

- Jennifer Bedinghaus, 2016 Toyota Tacoma

Came with alot of issues

I've had the truck for 4 months and it's already in the shop for over a week to get a gasket cover replaced because oil was leaking everywhere. The mechanic was dumbfounded a truck with so little miles had this problem especially since I've only driven it for 5,000 miles since my purchase. The tires already need to be replaced as well.

Pros

  • Technology and Entertainment: Nice technology features

Cons

  • Reliability:
