I've always liked the new Volvo style, but the new S60 in 2012 came out blazing. I had the premium design, all leather interior with, at the time, first auto-stop and accident prevention feature that was standard on all Volvos. That alone made the car 3X safer than other similar cars in the price range. The handling was always so smooth, love the turning radius, there wasn't any noise or crackling like in cheaper brands. I love that the interior surfaces were all soft, not cheap hard plastic, it makes a huge difference when you get into and out of the car banding, hands or feet by accident. It felt like the quality was all around me. I loved the connectivity to my iPhone, was always so seamless, and the trunk with folding seats was A+.

I wanted a car suitable for long-distance commuting--100+ miles per weekday. It had to be comfortable, fuel-efficient, reliable, and safe, with a low cost-of-ownership. I also wanted a car with some power--being on the interstate in an under-powered car is scary when you need to accelerate. This car has all of that + it is very stylish. It was 4 years old when I purchased it, but with very low mileage & well-maintained.

Pros

Seat Comfort: Since I started driving this car, my lower back pain is much better! Unexpected benefit.
Fuel Economy: Fuel economy is impressive, especially given the size of the car & performance/acceleration capabilities.
Cabin Noise: I had not realized how much less stressful it is to have a quiet cabin. Another unexpected benefit.

Cons

Technology and Entertainment: Good capabilities, but it is taking me forever to figure out how to use them all. Not very intuitive.

Been searching for this limited numbered vehicle for quite sometime. Finally pulled the trigger on an 2017 with under 8,000 miles in Colorado. I live in Missouri so had it transported back home. I have #71/1500 made that year. It is very easy to drive and all the safety features I would be looking for in new vehicles. It's enjoyable to drive and get lots of comments! Interior may not be as fancy as my past Acura's or Audi's, but it has all what I need and simplistic and not too flashy. FYI the Polestar tuned T6 is fantastic and much easier to live with versus my 2014 Audi TTS. Solid vehicle, definitely recommend!

Value: Performance Style Safety AWD Easy to drive

Cons

Cargo Space: Not having a spare tire. Not too big of a deal for me though. This is not my daily driver.
