Luxury plus sport
The Ford F-150 is a perennial best-seller across the U.S. and represents one of the most popular vehicles on the road. There are a host of cab, bed, and trim options to consider. The full-size pickup comes in regular, SuperCab, and SuperCrew body styles. There are three bed lengths ranging from 5.5 feet, 6.5 feet, and up to eight feet. Ford simplified the trim levels for 2015, there are now five available (down from nine in 2014), including XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum. A 3.5L V6 comes standard, while option engines include a new turbocharged 2.7L V6, a 5.0L V8, and a turbocharged 3.5L V6, each bumping up horsepower and torque.

5 reasons to buy the 2015 Ford F150
1. Powerful engine options
The standard engine is pretty solid, it's a 3.5L V6 with 283 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque. From there, you can opt for a turbocharged 2.7L V6 that produces 325 horsepower and 375 lb-ft of torque. If you need to bump up payload or towing capacity, check out the optional 5.0-liter V8 engine, which is rated at 385 horsepower and 387 lb-ft, or a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 gets an impressive 365 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.
2. Towing capacity
All those great engines mean a pretty stout roster of towing capacities. Starting with. the base V6, you'll get 7,600 pounds of towing capacity, which jumps to 8,500 with the 2.7L V6, both when properly equipped. For those looking for more heavy hauling, the 5.0L V8 can tow up to 11,100 pounds, while the turbo 3.5L V6 can pull up to 12,200 pounds, also both when properly equipped.
