2018 Lexus RC F review

2. Impressive V8 engine 

The 5.0L V8 engine is a refined unit spinning all the way to a 7300-RPM redline. If you like to wring out the gears, you’ll enjoy the eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, giving you more control over the engine’s power. Speaking of power, the Lexus RC F's V8 produces 467 horsepower and 389 lb-ft of torque. 

3. Track tuning 

The Lexus RC is a luxury coupe, but the Lexus RC F is a true performance machine. In addition to its powerful engine, the RC F offers a Brembo^® braking system for massive stopping power both on the road and the track. The available F-Adaptive Variable Suspension® features 30 levels of damping to react to road conditions based on the driving mode selected.  There is even a custom mode for Lexus’s Drive Mode Select^® to ensure you can tweak the RC F to your tastes.  

4. Luxury features 

If you want a side of luxury with your performance coupe, the RC F has you covered. Among its options are luxury amenities such as heated and ventilated front seats, parking assistants, in-dash navigation, and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson^® sound system. These options, paired with the convenience of the standard driver aids, ensure you know you have a luxurious ride.  

5. Striking color choices  

The 2018 Lexus RC F is offered in exciting colors to help your performance coupe stand out, including a vibrant yellow, bright blue, and stunning red hue. There are also traditional shades of silver, gray, black, and white if you want to keep the look of your RC F more subdued. The interior of the RC F is also available in stunning colors, including a red leather option.
