1. Extend time between fuel ups 

Equipped with the 2.0L, inline four-cylinder engine, the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 delivers 221 hp — just the right amount of power for a compact SUV. EPA-estimated combined fuel economy rings in at 26 mpg for all-wheel drive or 28 mpg for front-wheel drive.

2. High-quality interior 

Even though the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 offers entry-level luxury, it has premium materials throughout with attractive finishes and solid touch points. The digital cluster and four-color infotainment screen house advanced tech, including Apple CarPlay^® and Android Auto^™ integration. You'll also see standard amenities like power front seats with memory settings and dual-zone automatic climate control.  

3. Flexible cargo area 

The 15.4 cu-ft cargo area in the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 is on par with a compact sedan, but the height-adjustable load floor creates an extra level of flexibility. Keep it in the upper position, and you'll have a nearly flat load floor with the rear seats folded down. Got something bulky? Lower the floor and move the rear seats forward to handle the extra girth. As a bonus, the GLA250 makes accessing this cargo area easier with a hands-free liftgate. 

4. Fits tall and small drivers 

If you crave comfort while you drive, the well-padded seats in the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 won't disappoint. Plus, the eight-way power adjustable driver's seat is well-suited to a variety of drivers. The adjustments are more than lumbar and seat placement — they also include thigh support, which makes the seat bottom longer or shorter for taller or smaller drivers. Plus, with three memory positions, if you have tall-and-small drivers, you won't have to constantly fuss with the controls to get your preferred position back quickly. 

5. Get a little dirty 

Though the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 comes standard with front-wheel drive, there's a 4Matic all-wheel-drive system available. While you won't traverse the Rubicon Trail in the GLA250 4Matic, this AWD system is great for light off-roading on easy terrain. These models come equipped with the Off Road Engineering Package, which includes an additional drive mode for going off-pavement. These models also have Downhill Speed Regulation, which automatically maintains a slow, preset speed in steep downhill driving.
