5 reasons to buy the 2021 Mini Cooper Hardtop
1. Range of choices

The Mini Cooper Hardtop offers plenty of customization possibilities to suit your personality. To start, the 2021 model is offered in two-door and four-door body styles with four main trims, including the gas-powered Cooper, Cooper S, and John Cooper Works, plus the all-electric Cooper SE. From there, each model offers Classic, Signature, and Iconic sub-trims—boasting stylish creature comforts and high-tech conveniences to enhance your time on the road. You'll find that your options are practically endless when selecting the ideal Mini Cooper Hardtop for your lifestyle.
2. Distinctive design

The Mini Cooper Hardtop has a retro style all its own and a long list of customizable appearance options, including eleven different body colors. Depending on the trim you choose, you can select contrasting roof and side-view mirror colors for more curb appeal. The 2021 model also features rounded front headlights with LED rings and unique Union Flag taillamps to help you stand out from the crowd.
3. Nimble performance

The 2021 Mini Cooper Hardtop is an enticing option if you value driving enjoyment as much as you appreciate style. The base 134-hp turbocharged 1.5L three-cylinder feels lively and delivers strong acceleration, while the 2021 Cooper S and John Cooper Works' turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engines have extra power for a more energetic performance. Regardless of the powertrain you choose, the 2021 Cooper Hardtop delivers nimble handling that's fun to drive on winding roads or crowded streets. The Mini's stiff ride and athletic suspension help the Cooper Hardtop feel glued to the pavement, especially around turns.
4. All-Electric options

Want to electrify your commute? The two-door 2021 Mini Cooper SE Hardtop features an all-electric motor and a single-speed transmission that puts out 184 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. On a full charge, the 2021 Mini Cooper SE Hardtop returns an EPA-estimated range of 110 miles, which is great for short commutes or around-town errands.
It's quick off the line, too, boasting a zero-to-60 mph time of 6.9 seconds, which is comparable to its gas-powered Cooper counterparts.5. Comfortable interior

The 2021 Mini Cooper Hardtop features a stylish interior with an eccentric cabin that blends retro touches with a modern design. Leatherette upholstery and heated seats come standard, plus all 2021 models include a media system with a 6.5-inch display and a rearview camera. Boasting seating for four passengers in the two-door Cooper and room for five passengers in the four-door 2021 model, this Mini can also swallow up cargo. The two-door model offers 8.7 cu-ft of space behind the rear seats, while the four-door hardtop provides 13.1 cu-ft with all seats in place.
