2023 Porsche Panamera review

1. Many configurations available 

The 2023 Porsche Panamera comes in eight trim options and three body styles, including the standard base model sedan with a hatchback trunk, the extended wheelbase Executive model — offering more rearseat legroom — and a wagon-style body with a larger trunk (great for golf clubs!) on the Sport Turismo trim. Under the hood, you'll find the base trim sporting a zippy V6. Move up to higher trims to get a V8 or V8 hybrid powertrain. 

2. Sporty driving experience 

New for 2023, Porsche made adaptive cruise control standard on all Panamera trims to make logging miles on the highway easier. You'll also love the sportscar handling of this sedan. It's not cumbersome like other four-door rides. The base model Panamera with a V6 engine can accelerate from zero to 60 in 4.9 seconds, has responsive brakes, razor-sharp steering accuracy, bump-soothing suspension, and an athletic feel on the road. If you need a sedan for your daily driver, but dream of being behind the wheel of a sports car, the 2023 Porsche Panamera is a perfect choice.  

3. Top-notch tech 

If you like to crank the tunes or listen to audiobooks on the road, the standard Bose^® sound system performs loud and clear. Or, you can stream audio from your favorite app. Apple users enjoy wireless Apple CarPlay^® integration, while Android Auto^™ connectivity is available, but not wirelessly. Other standard tech features on the 2023 Porsche Panamera that you'd expect include Bluetooth^® connectivity, a 12.3-inch touchscreen system, and Wi-Fi hotspot availability.

4. Storage in a sportscar 

Whether you need space for hockey gear, weekend camping supplies, or a folding baby stroller, you'll be happy to learn the 2023 Porsche Panamera has ample rear cargo space. The base model Panamera comes with a hatchback-opening trunk lid and 17.4 cu-ft of storage room. The Sport Turismo trim is better for loading bulky items, like oversized boxes from the home improvement store, thanks to the upright hatch door design and a bit more cargo space (17.6 cu-ft). If you fold the rear seats down in the Sport Turismo, you get 47.3 cu-ft of storage space to accommodate longer items. Door pockets and gloveboxes provide extra storage for small items like sunglasses, snacks, and dog leashes.  

5. Cravable luxury features 

If you're shopping for a Porsche, you expect a few extra comforts in the cabin. The 2023 Panamera delights drivers and passengers with a standard panoramic sunroof, leather upholstery, heated front seats, adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, and more. With the 4S trim, you gain an air suspension system, to raise or lower the vehicle's height. Look for the Sport Package add-on (available for the base model, 4 and 4 E-Hybrid models) to show off 21-inch wheels, an upgraded interior, heated rear seats, soft closing doors, and a sport exhaust system.
