Expected price for the type of vehicle it is.

I just enjoy being able to go whatever speeds I need to get around the highway and occasionally regular city stoplight traffic. I also use its USB connector for my music/phone charging/gps mapping places I have no idea where I'm going. My problem with it is when the system thinks I'm using both blue tooth and USB at the same time and automatically shows error messages every time I plug it in. Other than that, I haven't had it long enough to discover that much but it is really bad about behind you blind spots which just test driving it you'll know what I'm referring to.

Pros

  • Technology and Entertainment: Able to use my phone's Pandora.
  • Fuel Economy: Usually stay in the lower 20's mpg but on a long trip I eventually got it up to 30ish after a few hours of highway driving.
  • Styling: First and only car I've had that I feel needs to be washed regularly because I love the way it looks cleaned up.

Cons

  • Visibility: See my last sentences in my recommendation.
  • Interior Space: Although it's got the third door on the passenger side, it really shouldn't be a family vehicle just based on the lack of back sit space.

I cannot believe how much i love this car

This car makes me so happy. It has all the tech features of the new hybrids - a great stereo (Fender), panel display etc. It has serious power - I haven't even tried to put my foot down for a prolonged period of time because it goes zero-fast in no time at all. It has fun features we keep finding - like it lights up the side of the road when you put your signal on. The heated seats come on lightning fast on those cold mornings. The defroster for front and back windows takes just seconds, as does the air-conditioning. And of course the gas mileage is ridiculously good - about 39 mpg for me so far.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: 39 mpg - i never go to the gas station
  • Power: There is never a doubt that you can pass on the uphill
  • Technology and Entertainment: Fender radio, fun panel features to play with

Cons

  • Cabin Noise: The premium SEL wheels make highway driving a bit loud
  • Cargo Space: The battery does make you sacrifice trunk space a bit

Great suv at a great price with looks that compliment its drive.

I have previously owned an Infiniti G37 and needed to upsize due to an addition to our family ( new grand baby) but I wanted to keep the same feel that I had with my G37 and my new FX37 provided that and more. It is a snug , comfortable feel in the drivers seat , with amazing handling as a sport car has but in a suv. The size is just right and get up and go is what I enjoy as well as the feel of the road as I drive in town and on the highway. I would definitely recommend this vehicle for its looks , interior finish, sport drive and easy service .

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: power and reliability
  • Interior Space: interior space
  • Styling: styling
