1. Capable off-roader

Unsurprisingly it features AWD and hill descent control across each trim, and the top trim – the R-Dynamic HSE (specifically P360 R-Dynamic S or P360 R-Dynamic HSE) – has the option of Terrain Progress Control, Terrain Response 2, and configurable terrain response. So if you're after maximum off-road capability, look out for models with these features. The 2021 Land Rover Discovery also has a maximum ground clearance of 11.1 inches, ensuring you can make your way over rocky tracks and rough trails with ease.
