What customers are saying

The 2021 Toyota Highlander impresses with its smooth ride, spacious interior, and reliability, though fuel economy and limited cargo space with the third row up are drawbacks. Customers praise its advanced features but note a learning curve for technology. Overall, it's a top family SUV choice.

Great space for stuff and grandkids.

Nice vehicle

PROS
Cost to Maintain

This is my second Highlander, I keep cars a long time and the run a long time with minimal maintenance. Also I like the local Toyota dealerships service department’s personnel.

Interior Space

Can seat 6 passengers comfortably, or four with luggage.

Power

I like the 6 cylinder engine the same engine as my Tacoma. I allows me to tow my Tritoon.

CONS
Cabin Noise

The heating and air fan noise is annoying, also if one opens the back windows the noise and air pressure will destroy your ears.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is not real good, but not bad enough to make me get a 4 cylinder or hybrid.

Dashboard

Dashboard is confusing at first, but now I am adapting to it.
