Epic sports sedan
To say that the BMW M3 has a legendary reputation is a bit of an understatement. It has been the bar against which all other sports sedans have been judged for decades. The 2015 M3 was fully redesigned kicking off the fifth generation of BMW's iconic sports sedan. You get a standard turbocharged six-cylinder that pumps out an impressive 425 horsepower. Add in a ton of M-specific upgrades that improve handling and braking and you've got quite a sports sedan.

5 reasons to buy the 2015 BMW M3
1. Fantastic engine
Sure, the outgoing generation of the M3 had a V8, but this new turbocharged six-cylinder cranks out even more power. It's got 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque from its high-revving engine. That's good for a zero-60 time of around four seconds (according to the manufacturer, when new).
2. Standard luxury
The M3 may be a performance car, but it's got quite a few luxury and convenience touches from BMW that make it a great daily driver. You'll find leather upholstery, heated 10-way power front seats (with driver memory), dual-zone automatic climate control, and fold-down rear seats. So even the base M3 is anything but basic.
3. More than just power
The 2015 M3 is more than just a big engine, it boasts a lot of other performance upgrades. You can't see them all from the outside, but things like upgraded aluminum suspension components, M-spec 18-inch forged alloy wheels, staggered wheel widths, and upgraded brakes separate the M3 from lesser 3-Series models. Even the body panels are special, the hood and front fenders are made of aluminum and the M3 even has a carbon-fiber roof.
4. Solid tech
Even though the 2015 M3 predates some of the latest smartphone integration, it's still got an impressive bit of tech on board. Technology comes standard with Bluetooth® phone and audio connectivity, a navigation system, an 8.8-inch display screen, and a suite BMW ConnectedDrive applications.
Plus, it's all controlled via BMW's iDrive interface.5. Great options
Look out for the range of 2015 M3 options to find just the right car for your needs. Check out the Executive package which has great stuff like headlamp washers, parking sensors, a head-up display, heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, and a rearview camera. The Lighting package further adds adaptive LED headlights and automatic high-beam control. You'll also find standalone options like 19-inch wheels, upgraded carbon ceramic brakes, adaptive suspension dampers, and more!
