All 2015 Forester trims boast a functional and roomy interior design, providing ample space for both passengers and cargo. Front seat legroom is 43 inches while rear seat legroom is 38 inches.  The 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i features a 2.5L four-cylinder engine that produces 170 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque. Certain trims like the 2.5i Touring, 2.5i Limited, and all 2.0XT models include an additional driver-selectable mode that optimizes various functions to improve traction on slippery surfaces. They also include hill descent control. The CVT trim has a 2.0L four-cylinder engine that churns out 250 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. This model can go from zero to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds. A six-speed manual transmission is standard for the 2.5i and 2.5i Premium trims, with a CVT optional. 

5. Great driver aids 

The 2015 Subaru Forester has standard assistance technologies like lane departure warning and a rearview camera. You can also look for models with the Driver Assist Technology package tacked on, which includes lane departure warning, frontal collision warning, and a frontal collision mitigation system with pre-collision automatic braking.
