A part of my car's undercarriage came loose and was dragging when I drove. Scary! Took it to my family's long time car dealership, Jim Click Ford, and they fixed the problem and even washed my car! And they did it for free!! You know where I'll be getting my next car!

I didn't receive an owners manual and I'm still trying by trial and error to reset my clock and learn how to use all of the features.
