And you can get one with a manual transmission! The only downside to this SUV is its poor fuel economy; the S and the Turbo models may be slightly better due to different gearing.

Extremely roomy inside, both front and back seats. The quality of the Cayenne is top of the line. I should have got this long ago

I traded in my Mercedes ML430 for the Porsche Cayenne S. Where I live I need 4 wheel drive and plenty of power, hence the 8 cylinders. PROS: This vehicle is very well made. The small details are covered and the workmanship shows at every point. I have Toyota Camry as well and it pales in comparison. The vehicle has plenty of power, you hit the gas and it goes, simple as that. You sit very high up and get a clean view of the road. The engine is a work of art. I am 6'4" and have plenty of headroom inside the vehicle. The gas tank is larger than expected. The front of the vehicle has a cover under the front bumper to protect the underside from rocks or other road issues. CONS: The storage area in the trunk/boot is rather small compared to the Mercedes or most SUVs. Expect 12mpg around town and 15mpg on the freeways. You need to read the book to figure out the electronic locks.

Porsche Cayenne

Looked at other SUV's but this PORSCHE stood out. As per my son's remark: Dad" it is a Porsche!!!" Yes, it takes premium gas but the ride is like a BMW and the inside is like a Lexus. My wife, son and I enjoy driving it.
