- The Civic is available in a new trim called the HF.
- The LX-S and VP trims have been discontinued for 2012.
- Civic trims have been upgraded with Alternative Fuel as standard equipment this year.
- No A/C features are now available as options on select trims.
- The GX trim now comes with Traction Control, Alloy Wheels, Satellite Radio Ready, Bluetooth Technology, and Navigation System as standard equipment.
