The base trim of the 2022 Toyota Prius, the L Eco in two-wheel drive has an EPA-estimated range of about 632.8 miles, combined city and highway. The 2022 XLE, LE, and Limited trims in two-wheel drive have a range of 587.6 combined, while the 2022 all-wheel drive Prius has a combined range of 519.4 miles.

The 2022 Toyota Prius comes standard with seating for five people, and the rear seat has 33.4 inches of legroom. The Prius shines with cargo space, with 24.7 cu-ft available. The L Eco and LE trims have three USB ports, while the XLE trim adds wireless charging. That trim marks the transition from cloth to synthetic leather seats. The Nightshade edition adds chrome interior accents.
The Toyota Prius has two sets of LATCH anchors, on the rear outboard seats. All three seats in the back have rear car seat tethers. However, you won't be able to fit three car seats side-by-side in the Prius. 2016–present Toyota Prius (Fourth Generation)
The fourth-generation Prius comes standard with a 121-hp motor and heaps of cargo space. At first, this generation only offered front-wheel drive, but a 2019 refresh introduced all-wheel drive as an available option. In subsequent years more tech and driver-assist features became standard.
