Reviews for Chevrolet Impala Limited
lots of extras and power for such a great price!
I love my car, it has a 3.6 liter V6 with dual exhaust, very fast for when you need the quickness. It came with factory climate controlled remote start and a sunroof too, great extras for a very reasonable price. Power everything, lumbar support in drivers seat, alloy wheels, and more. I plan to keep this car for a long time, love it.
- Ride and Handling:
Big Bang for the Buck
These cars are manufactured for fleet service; namely full size rental cars. However, Chevrolet still makes these cars at different levels of trim. The LTZ is the more "loaded" model with leather and a rear spoiler. There are other niceties, but they all have the 305 HP V6 and all handle the same. Being as these are built for fleet service, they are relatively well made to withstand a little abuse. These cars are also made for taxi and police service, but those cars are even heavier built. The fact that GM has continued to build these relatively unchanged for the past few years and on into at least 2016, speaks to the reliable and utilitarian design all in an attractive package. So far, my car is getting an overall 26 MPG average.
- Power: Plenty of V-8 power from fuel efficient V-6
- Value: Great car for the money
- Interior Space: Nice full size car with plenty of room
Third time is the Charm
This is my third Impala and second Limited. Great car at great price. After 140,000 the first Impala needed a transmission. Second Impala has more mileage than that and no signs of trouble. Best of all, the Limited gets great highway miles and is really speedy. The others were quick, but this car responds when you need it. Really responds. Thank heaven for cruise control or I would be seeing a lot of blue lights in the rear view mirror. Travels well
- Power: When you want acceleration you really get it
- Ride and Handling: I travel hundreds of mile a month and it doesn't wear you out.
- Fuel Economy: 30 mpg and sometimes more is OK by me
- Technology and Entertainment: Limited choice of displays
- Seat Comfort: moving the seat back is not easy. Up, down, tilt, great but for some reason it doesn't go back very far
- Interior Space: head rests don't come out of seats
