I've put 10k miles on this truck in 6 months. It is an extremely comfortable ride. I did not choose to buy a 4 wheel drive, however, this truck has handled well on some relatively rough roads. Everything in the vehicle seems sturdy (knobs, levers, buttons).
I think my only sort of "con" is that I average about 16 miles per gallon but do believe I need a tune up as it's just hit 60k. Mechanically sound.
big truck, no power

although very delighted to have been able to afford a Tundra, I should have researched a little better. My truck has the 4.6 liter engine and turns out that that small V8 is not enough to pull a small pop-up trailer yet alone it's own-self. always the last one up a hill. make sure that if you buy that big truck you get the 5.8 liter engine.

It's built like a tank, handles surprisingly well for a large truck, and the way the cab is set up around the driver is really smart. I really like the way the seats in back fold up to make more room for stuff. I would definitely recommend this Truck to someone who's looking for a large truck.
